Registration

1. Registration for a Moniker account is free to all users. However, Moniker Online Services LLC may choose to charge registration fees at any time for any reason.
2. All registrants must submit accurate and true information. Registered users agree to update associated profile information as needed.
3. Users should only register once to participate in the transactions. Multiple registrations are prohibited and may result in account deactivation.
4. Upon registering, users will be e-mailed a Password and Username. Both codes are required to participate in the transactions, and to access various sections of the site. Please keep these codes in a safe place as you will be held responsible for all activity occurring with their use!
5. Once registered, all users who wish to participate in the transactions should use the My Account link in the main menu to access the registered user area.
6. You may change any information associated with your registration profile, such as Username, Password or accurate e-mail address, by using the Security Settings section under My Account.
7. Transactions may close at the time designated on the offer form, when an offer is accepted by the Seller, or when an offer meets or exceeds the reserve/buy now price. All closing times are Eastern Time (ET) unless otherwise specified.
8. All offers are accepted by the system as limit offers (proxy offers).
9. Tie winning offers are awarded to the first user who makes a valid offer.
10. Unless otherwise stated, Buyers are responsible for all escrow and transaction fees, an additional 15% of the purchase price.
11. Please do not make an offer if you do not intend to pay!
